  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • We will not accept any returns without a valid order number.
  • There will be no returns on customized items.
  • You must make all claims for shortages or damages within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns and cancellations.
  • There will be no returns for closeout items.


  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card or original form of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your cards issuer’s policies.
  • We do not provide cash refunds.
